Equality vs discrimination

It is impossible to have equality in the workplace if discrimination and judgment still do exist.

Discrimination is meant in many forms, basing on gender, race, religious beliefs. Basing on these traits, employees might be having more or less salary: for example, women do sometimes actually get less pay then men. so some people do actually don’t get hired in the working industry just because of physical features or even personality traits or beliefs. besides that, people who come from a difficult and unsteady condition at home also tend to be disliked by the working world: they in fact, instead of privileged kids, do not have anything to be assured. they mostly have to provide for everything on their own. the only thing they might be wishing on is some mental support on their career by the family, or generally the environment they get to grow in.

In fact, even if a kid is part and has grown in a stable and wealthy family, might not follow his/her parents wishes because of a difficult relationship with them. but anyways they always tend to live in a quite stable situation.

Humble parents of course do not offer a certain future to their kids: to expect a brighter career, they have to put effort into studying and hope to get a scholarship to enter a good university. these are earned by meeting the standard that are set by the scholarship givers and they might include special traits such as talent, passion and interest.

So, in conclusion, it’s certainly not fair to consider different traits into giving a workplace, but surely this does not mean the humble few might not get rid of their situation.
