How to find a job

There are many teenagers who do not feel prepared to face the world of work or to find job offers easily.  It is therefore right that various projects are made that can make the road to take clearer and easier.

One type of approach that gives excellent results is the work placements path consist of work placements during the period of study at university.  The young people have the opportunity to interact and spend time in the workplaces concerned with specialized people. They can therefore see with their own eyes how a day’s work goes, the practical activities it requires but they also realize how important it is to know the theory.

This experience leads young people to the reality that should await them and helps them to evaluate if the specific path they have chosen really suits them. On the other hand, we have initiatives such as workshops that can take place in the school. The workshops can be organized according to the topic or subject to be treated.

They give the possibility to carry out practical activities such as research, experiments that then lead to conclusions.  All this organized with working groups in order to be able to discuss the various activities.

A very formal initiative that a school can take is the organization of outings or projects made with local business.  So, the young people, have the opportunity to create various jobs, visit interested places and get a first idea of a specific work environment.

They can be in contact with professionals who can guide them and therefore have a point of reference. There are therefore many initiatives that can be undertaken to help young people to clarify their ideas and make them arrive prepared at the end of school and give them greater security to face the real world of work.
