Genshin impact is a role-playing game developed by miHoYo. It features an open world where you initiate battles and domains using the elements, which are hydro, pyro, dendro, cryo, anemo, electro and geo, and character switching to create elemental reactions. The game is free, but there are in-app purchases to obtain new characters or weapons.
The game follows a plot in which, at the very beginning, the main character meets a God who takes away their sibiling and the journey in which they have to find each other again begins.
There are a lot of characters that you can obtain by making wishes using primogems that are given to you when you complete quests, whether they are daily, world or archon quests.
The game is still in development, so another region of the world has to come out along with new playable characters. However, there are a lot of characters you meet throughout the whole story but are not obtainable and cannot be played because in order to use elemental power, you need to have a vision, which helps you channel your power into that element. Enemies are various too, from hillichurls to wolves or gigantic flowers; almost every enemy has an element, except from normal enemies which you can encounter walking out exploring
the world. Every enemy has a peculiar drop to ascend your character whenever you reach the maximum level.
As your adventure rank increases, your world level will increase too when you reach the level 25; this makes enemies increase their level too so that they are more difficult to defeat but also give you higher drops to level up the characters.

È caratterizzato da un mondo aperto dove puoi iniziare battaglie e domini usando gli elementi, che sono hydro, pyro, dendro, cryo, anemo, electro and geo, e il character switching, ovvero cambiare personaggi per creare reazioni elementali. Il gioco è gratuito ma ci sono acquisti in app per ottenere nuovi personaggi o armi.
Il gioco segue una trama dove all’inizio il protagonista incontra un dio che lo separa da suo fratello e il viaggio in cui si devono ritrovare inizia. Ci sono molti personaggi che puoi ottenere esprimendo dei desideri usando le primogem, che vengono date quando si completa una missione che può essere giornaliera, mondiale o della storia.
Il gioco sta ancora venendo sviluppato, quindi un’altra regione del mondo deve ancora uscire, insieme a nuovi personaggi giocabili. Comunque, ci sono molti personaggi che si incontrano durante la storia ma non si possono ottenere perché non si possono giocare dato che, per usare un potere elementale, si deve avere una visione che ti permette di canalizzare la tu energia in un preciso elemento. Ci sono anche vari nemici, da hillichurls a fiori giganti; quasi ogni nemico ha un elemento tranne nemici normali che si possono incontrare camminando ed esplorando il mondo. Ogni nemico ha un drop particolare per ascendere i personaggi quando si raggiunge il livello massimo.
Quando il rank di avventura sale, anche il livello del mondo inizierà a farlo dal rank 25; questo fa aumentare il livello anche ai nemici in modo che sono più difficili da sconfiggere ma hanno drop più elevati per ascendere i personaggi.
