Eternals was released in Italian cinemas on 3th November in 2021, it was the 25th marvel film. It was not a film liked very much by the critca, judged as boring and monotonous in many parts, but according to many it deserves more as a film, it has a compelling plot without plot holes has never left me any doubt about the unfolding of the plot. I really liked it because it takes up many famous characters of history and mythology which are: Sersi (the sorceress Circe appears in the Odyssey), Thena (the goddess of war Athena, Greek mythology), Phastos (the god of fire Hephaestus, Greek mythology), Ikaris (from the legend of Icarus), Gilgamesh (in history he was a Sumerian king), Druig ( maybe from Drudi, priests and landmarks of his people, but I’m not sure about that), Makkari (from Roman mythology, Mercury), Ajak (from Ajax of the Iliad), Kingo (probably inspired by Kingu), Sprite (probably from folklore). The Eternals or neophytes, appear during the era of Mesopotamia about 5000 years ago with the task of eliminating the deviants, their are like the eternals, but older than the eternals themselves, but they seems like animals and are hyperpredators. Like the eternals, they were created by Celestials, powerful beings of the universe, humanoid figures almost 600m high, in the comics Ikarus says that their bodies are pure cosmic energy and they have armor that allows them to interact with the physical world. After carrying out their task, that is, killing all the deviants, they have hidden among the population, but they do not all remain in contact. Only in the future will they discover that their real task is to help the celestials to be born at the expense of humanity.
POLITICALLY CORRECT AND WOKE CULTURE “RUIN OF CINEMATOGRAPHY”
This film has created quite a few feuds about characters from different ethnicities and sexualities.
We can find Sersi from Asian origins, Phastos and Makkari afro-americans and Kingo indian origins and obviously it’s not the only problem encountered but Phastos also has a relationship with a man and got a son, for this thing in fact Eternals has not yet been released in many theaters in Asia and has received a lot of criticism for this reason. But there are also many positive sides, it has led to the inclusion of many social aspects thus avoiding the exclusion of what is called “different”.

Non e` stato un film piaciuto molto dalla critca, giudicato come noioso e monotono in molte parti , ma secondo molti merita di piu` come pellicola, ha una trama avvincente senza buchi di trama non mi ha lasciato mai nessun dubbio sullo svolgimento della trama. Mi e` piaciuto molto perche` riprende molti personaggi famosi della storia e della mitologia che sono: Sersi( la maga Circe compare nell’Odissea), Thena ( la dea della guerra Atena, mitologia greca), Phastos ( il dio del fuoco Efesto, mitologia greca), Ikaris ( dalla leggenda di Icaro), Gilgamesh ( nella storia e` stato un re sumero), Druig ( da Drudi, sacerdoti e punti di riferimento del proprio popolo), Makkari (dalla mitologia romana, Mercurio), Ajak ( da Aiace dell’Iliade),Kingo(
Questo film ha creato non poche faide a proposito dei personaggi dalle diverse etnie e sessualità.
Possiamo trovare Sersi dalle origini asiatiche, Phastos e Makkari afro-americani e Kingo indiano e ovviamente non è l’unico problema riscontrato ma Phastos ha pure una relazione con uomo e un figlio, per questa cosa infatti Eternals non è ancora uscito in molte sale dell’Asia e ha ricevuto molte critiche proprio per questo. Ma ci sono anche molti lati positivi, ha portato all’inclusione di molti aspetti sociali evitando così l’esclusione di ciò che viene definito “diverso”.
